Don Giovanni Reloaded is a brilliant and irreverent reinterpretation of Mozart’s celebrated masterpiece, highlighting the opera’s often-overlooked comic vein. Drawing inspiration from Da Ponte’s letters, the memories of the original performers, and the traditions of commedia dell’arte, this show rediscovers Don Giovanni as a comic opera, where lightheartedness and irony intertwine with Mozart’s sublime music.
